As construction specialist we feel we have an advantage over other agent services at assessing the condition and potential upgrades of an existing house. SJC realizes that finding the perfect existing home is very challenging. With our construction expertise we can quickly assess options that could turn that almost perfect existing house into the perfect home. With our agent services offered to those who are currently not in the market for that new build is one of our ways to cultivate that coveted relationship and be the builder of your choice in the future.
